How to order a furniture that needs assembling.

1. Contact us by email or phone explaining what kind of furniture would you like us to make for you.
If you already have a plan for your furniture, please attach it as well. If not, it’s not a problem, we will make one for you free of charge, just send us the measurements and the plan of the room. For the kitchen it’s also important for us to know where are your water and gas connections and if you can move it at all for the better planning.

2. After we have received you requirements, we would most likely send you some questions to obtain all the required information that is still needed. After we have received everything we require we would prepare the plan and give you the approximate price of your order.

3. If you are happy with the price, furniture plan and delivery option, we will ask you to transfer 40% of the price of your order. Then we will visit you at your home with the samples for you to choose from and measure the area.

4. The next 50% of your order will need to be transfered before we load your order in the truck and the rest 10% once everything is delivered. Before your second transfer you will receive the photos of your furniture taken in our workshop.

5. Once the furniture is delivered to your door you can either hire a joiner from your area to fit it all in or you can use our service for an additional fee. If you choose the second option then the people that made your furniture will also be the ones who will come and install it.

How to order small furniture pieces
that doesn’t need assembling.

1. Just contact us with your request and we will give you the price.

2. If you are happy with the price, you will need to transfer 50% of the price for us to start your order and the rest before we load your furniture in the truck for the delivery. You will receive the pictures of your order before the second transfer.

3. The delivery truck will deliver your furniture to your door so you won’t have to go anywhere to pick it up.
